Nov 2025 – Entomology and Integrated Pest Management
The Lake Granbury Master Gardeners November presentation on Entomology and IPM was given by Kyle Slusher, Ph.D. Through this presentation viewers learn about the many insects found in a garden, which are beneficial and how to handle those who may damage crops.

The Lake Granbury Master Gardeners October presentation covers the many different forms of propagation. Learn how to expand your plant collection through seeds, cuttings, layering and division.
July 2025 – Honey Bees
Lake Granbury Master Gardener and Master Beekeeper LaVonda Becker presents Honey Bees: Exploring Their Life Cycle, Healing Powers and Colony Facts. Learn about the importance of honey bees in horticulture, bee lifecycle, and the benefits of both bee venom & honey.
Jan 2025 – Tree Diseases & Pests
Kimberlee Peterson from the Texas A&M Forest Service presents "Tree Diseases & Pests". Walking viewers through many of the tree issues that are found in North Texas including: Oak Wilt, Emerald Ash Boarer, Webworms, root rot, cankers and more!
